On Monday, April 28, former Mechanicsville High School standouts Dylan Robbins and Gavin Smith’s current college team, the Hampden-Sydney Tigers, lost 21-11 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Christopher Newport Captains.

The game took place at Ty Cobb Ballpark – Wurdeman Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Captains this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 11:05 a.m. at Hugh Stephens Field at Estes Park against Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets.
