Henrico County Public Schools District is the sole school district serving the county and enrolled approximately 50,464 students during the 2023-24 academic year (source). Deep Run High School recorded the highest enrollment among all schools in the district with over two thousand students (source). The student body is diverse: Black students constituted about one-third of total enrollment while white students made up nearly another third during that same period (source). Enrollment across all grades increased slightly by about one-tenth of a percent compared to the previous year (source).
