In the first post from September 19, 2025, Henrico County Government shared: “Heather Glatt had never seriously considered working in public safety until she saw a job posting for a dispatcher with @henrico911_ . The challenge appealed to her, so she applied and was hired. She says the supportive environment and hands-on training make Henrico stand out.”
A follow-up tweet at 11:23 a.m. quoted Glatt directly: “I feel like Henrico really takes care of the people that work here,” says Glatt, who was born and raised in the county. “You get good, one-on-one training – being able to have that trainer that you kind of work through the whole phase with.”
