On May 14, 2025, the Henrico County Government encouraged individuals to “Level up your career by working for Henrico – one of VA’s best employers, according to Forbes!” The tweet highlighted the benefits of working for the county, including competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and career advancement opportunities in an inclusive work environment. Interested parties were directed to explore job opportunities through a provided link.
The following day on May 15, 2025, another announcement was made regarding holiday schedules: “Henrico County offices and courts will be closed May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.” It was noted that refuse collection services would experience a one-day delay throughout the week. Additionally, public use areas would remain open during this period. A link was included for residents to view the complete schedule.
