The post stated: “The Aug. 12 regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors will start at 6 p.m. There are two ways to watch online: see the livestream at https://t.co/oCLIQkyYVb or join the Webex version at https://t.co/7oLgMAknzp. https://t.co/e5InVqM1Xf” (August 12, 2025).

A follow-up message emphasized opportunities for remote participation during the meeting’s public hearings and comment periods: “You can participate remotely if you’re watching on Webex. To join the public hearings & public comment portion of the meeting, please see the guidance online. https://t.co/7oLgMAknzp” (August 12, 2025).

Henrico County is home to a single public school district that enrolled over 50,000 students in the 2023-24 academic year, with Deep Run High School having the highest enrollment among its schools and Black students representing the largest ethnic group in student demographics (source).
