On Tuesday, April 22, former Hanover High School standout Mason Williams’ current college team, the Averett Cougars, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Ferrum Panthers.

The game took place at Panther Field. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against Eastern Mennonite Royals.
