On Friday, April 25, former Mechanicsville High School standout Nolan Kruse’s current college team, the Shenandoah Hornets, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lynchburg Hornets.

The game took place at Jim Barnett Park. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at Jim Barnett Park against Lynchburg Hornets.
