On Saturday, April 26, former Mechanicsville High School standout Maddie Goad’s current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Howard Bison.

The game took place at NSU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Bison this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 12 p.m. at NSU Softball Field against Howard Bison.
