Hanover County issued the following announcement on Dec. 3

Chickahominy Pipeline will host a virtual Open House next Thursday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. The company will be posting a link to its website at https://chickahominypipeline.com/ on Monday, December 6, but the link won't be "live" until Thursday. Chickahominy Pipeline is asking citizens to submit questions through this email – info@chickahominypipeline.com – or the website up until Wednesday, December 8, so the company can look for duplicate questions/issues and can address the areas of highest interest first.  According to Chickahominy Pipeline, attendees will still be able to submit questions the day of and during the event, but submitting in advance should make the Open House more efficient and cut down on duplicate questions.

“We'll keep the identities private of those who submit questions early - the attendees who submit during the event will also have the option of clicking "anonymous", according to Beth Minear of the company. “While all are welcome to attend, I am hopeful that deference is given by attendees to those who have received requests for survey permission, so landowners can get the information they need.”

“Chickahominy Pipeline has received many questions through this email and the website and has answered them promptly - we appreciate the communications and feedback,” Minear said. “Questions will be encouraged even after the virtual Open House, so landowners and stakeholders should feel free to reach out at any time. We also hope to put a video of the event on the website afterwards, so interested parties who are unable to attend can rewatch”
