Former Mechanicsville High School player and current Christopher Newport Captains infielder, Aaron Maxie, will compete in the NCAA D3 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the fourth seeded Immaculata Mighty Macs.

The first game is on Friday, May 17.
