Hanover County, VA issued the following announcement on Sept. 16
Hanover County’s Courtland Farm Road Transfer Station off U.S. Rt. 301 will be closed at noon on Wednesday, September 22, for paving repairs. It will reopen at its regular time on Thursday, September 23, weather permitting. The trash and recycling convenience center at 7234 Courtland Farm Road will not be affected by this temporary closure of the transfer station.
